Sunflower oil is a clear, liquid oil obtained by refining the seeds of the sunflower plant after undergoing processes such as pressing and extraction. The sunflower plant, which is the raw material of sunflower oil, which is one of the most used vegetable oils in our country, is grown annually in relatively temperate places such as France, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain and Italy, Ukraine and Russia. Sunflower oil is mainly consumed in Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Romania and the United Kingdom. Sunflower oil is one of the best natural dietary sources of vitamin E.
